Four steps, the same every time, whether it’s 2 p.m. in May or 2 a.m. in January.

Call or book online, any hour. A dispatcher asks what the system is doing and gives you a two-hour arrival window.

Flat $89 diagnostic
The technician finds the cause and tests safety, including CO. The $89 is credited to the repair if you go ahead.

Written price first
You get the price in writing before any work starts. If replacement makes more sense, we show you why, with options.

Fixed, usually same visit
Our vans carry the parts that fail most, so about 85% of repairs are finished on the first visit.

How quickly can you come out?
Call by 2 p.m. for same-day service on most repairs. No-heat calls get a two-hour arrival window around the clock.
Which brands do you service?
Every major furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and boiler brand, including equipment we didn’t install. Less common parts usually arrive from Duluth or the Twin Cities by the next morning.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on installations and large repairs over $1,500: 0% for 12 months, or fixed payments over 60 to 120 months, with a decision in about 10 minutes.
Are your technicians licensed?
Yes. We are licensed and insured in Minnesota, and every service technician earns NATE certification within their first two years.
